Using the Clark-Ritchotte Communications MyApps Portal you can provide access to your Clark-Ritchotte Communications Managed WordPress site.

Note

If this user is not part of your Office 365 tenant or considered a "guest user" you will need to open a ticket with our support team to add them to your account as a contact first before you can add them to your WordPress Site(s)

Step-by-step guide

1) Open your favorite browser and navigate to https://apps.clarkritchotte.com/


2) Log in with your CRC customer account


3) Click the purple "groups" icon

4) you will see two sections "Groups I Own" (Purple) and "Groups I'm In" (Red). You will only be able to add people to the "Groups I own" (Purple) section. Click on the group you would like to make changes to (Green)


5) the Group administration page will come up click the + icon above the member's list (Red)

6) Search the user in the search box (Purple) then click the user you want (Red) then click add (green)


7 You will see a messaged that you have successfully updated the group membership (Meaning you added them) Click ok to see them in the list (Red)
